Something brought you here. Something inside is delighted to be reminded - you are nobody.
When there is no more ego, there is only That. When there is still ego, there is only That.
If I could give you only one advice, I would say: Don't identify with anything. Be completely empty - no one. Be no-body and see if you lose anything but delusion.
This body can become exhausted but the Source from where I'm speaking can never be exhausted.
I can not keep on putting food in the mouth.
I can not do it, it's not good and it's not of much value
because I have come to give you the most beautiful Thing,
which you don't have to pay to find,
which you don't have to go to some place to look for,
it's not hidden in the Himalayas,
it's right Here in the Center of your Being.

Our attention venerates what we see. And what we see has the mark of impermanence on it.
Contemplate deeply what I am about to say now. Grasp it and you will be out of the mind-trap for good!
You say you are trying very hard to be the Presence.
But That which is observing the effort to be the Presence, is that making any effort?
The flip-side of the ego is pure Awareness.
Flick over into the Awareness position in which the effort to be the Presence is seen in much the same way as you would watch a movie of yourself. The one watching the movie is separate from the image of himself which is unreal. There is a natural detachment present.
That which is observing the effort, can it be other than your Self, the living, unchanging Source?
Pay attention to yourself as the serene and formless Seer instead of identifying with the frustrated seeker.
Do you feel the difference?
Confirm your Reality here as the formless observing.
You are already the 'somewhere' you are trying to get to. Be clear about this in your Heart.
That's it - job done.

The greatest step towards a life of happiness and simplicity is to let go. Trust in the power that is already taking care of you spontaneously without effort.
Time does not know you, it is you who knows time. What is it in you that takes no time and no effort?
You are not ready.

Don’t challenge yourself to be brave or fearless, challenge yourself to be open and to trust in the higher Self, challenge yourself to remain inwardly still and centered inside your own Being.
Upon discovering truth,

Whatever comes, do not push away, whatever goes, do not grieve. Everything appears just like clouds floating by; they just come and go. Stay only as the unmoving Awareness. Awareness and Truth are one.
You must come to that place where
