Lord Krishna said:
The Lord (Ishwar) dwells in the hearts and mind of all beings but but all individuals are hounded by the illusions of the physical world.
One should try to seek the refuge of the Lord with deep sense of devotion, so that by his grace one can get the everlasting peace of mind.
