Gratitude is the appreciation of what is,
of life, of existence, of anybody and anything,
for just the way It Is.

In reality you were never born and never shall die.....
In fact, there is no body, nor a world to contain it..
there is only a mental condition, a dream-like state, easy to dispel by investigating awareness investigating its reality...

Stay quiet and the noisy surface dialogues will cease.
Then the substratum will rise up to the top.
It is simple.
Follow this.

By day I praised you, and never knew it. By night I stayed with you, and never knew it. I always thought that I was me--but no, I was you and never knew it
The Silence that I speak about is neither meditating nor sitting quiet. The Silence that I speak about has nothing to do with meditation or talking or not talking because then the mind is still running about here and there and everywhere. What I mean by Silence is that should be no thought rising from the mind. No thought rising from your mind is Silence.
The Self does not need to be made happy. It is itself happiness.
Be still.
Stop struggling.
Enter the holy shrine of your heart, and there find peace and joy.
You have always been perfect and you will always be perfect.
There's absolutely nothing you have to delete or add.

Take no notice of the ego and its activities, but see only the light behind.
You must be ready to burn yourself in your own flame. How could you rise anew if you have not first become ashes?
Divine happiness, even the tiniest particle of a grain of it, never leaves one again; and when one attains to the essence of things and finds one’s Self–this is supreme happiness. When it is found, nothing else remains to be found; the sense of want will not awaken anymore, and the heart’s torment will be stilled forever. Do not be satisfied with fragmentary happiness, which is invariably interrupted by shocks and blows of fate; but become complete, and having attained to perfection, be YOURSELF.
A yogi has no particular path;
He simply renounces imagining things.
His mind then ceases of its own accord,
And the perfect state just naturally occurs.

Focus attention on the feeling inside you.
Stay present and continue to be the observer
of what is happening inside you.
Become aware, not only of the emotional pain,
but also of, 'the One who observes, the Silent Watcher.'
This is the power of the now;
the power of conscious presence.
Then See what happens.

There is nothing wrong with God's creation. Mystery and Suffering only exist in the mind...
If you look around, you can find a face of God in each thing, because He is not hidden in a church, in a mosque, or a synagogue, but everywhere. As there is no one who lives after seeing him, there is also no one dying after seeing him. Who finds Him, stays forever with him.
The secret of Buddhism is to remove all ideas, all concepts, in order for the truth to have a chance to penetrate, to reveal itself.
At death, we lose everything we thought was real. Unless we can let go of all the things we cherish in our life, we are terrified. If we cannot stop struggling to hold on to our old life, all our fear and yearning will drag us into yet another painful reality.
Freedom is not necessarily exciting; it’s just free. Very peaceful and quiet, so very quiet. Of course, it is also filled with joy and wonder, but it is not what you imagine. It is much, much less. Many mistake the intoxicating power of otherworldly charisma for enlightenment. More often than not it is simply otherworldly, and not necessarily free or enlightened. In order to be truly free, you must desire to know the truth more than you want to feel good. Because if feeling good is your goal, then as soon as you feel better you will lose interest in what is true. This does not mean that feeling good or experiencing love and bliss is a bad thing. Given the choice, anyone would choose to feel bliss rather than sorrow. It simply means that if this desire to feel good is stronger than the yearning to see, know, and experience Truth, then this desire will always be distorting the perception of what is Real, while corrupting one’s deepest integrity.
My dear,
Is it true that your mind is sometimes like a battering
Ram
Running all through the city,
Shouting so madly inside and out
About the ten thousand things
That do not matter?

Does love act deliberately? Yes and no. Life is love and love is life. What keeps the body together but love? What is desire, but love of the self? What is fear but the urge to protect? And what is knowledge but the love of truth? The means and forms may be wrong, but the motive behind is always love — love of the me and the mine. The me and the mine may be small, or may explode and embrace the universe, but love remains.
Unless one is considered to be a madman by the 'socially wise' people,
there is no hope that one will arrive at such a mental state
to be free from pride, and such social bondage.

The 'world' by its nature is the separateness of species. It will never function smoothly. Any fruit except for the Self, is futile. Please think this over deeply.
What is there in Reality that says ' I ' ?
This is the imagined individual.
The body does not only contain that which says ' I ';
there is blood, flesh, semen, and all other material.
However, the entity
that is saying ' I '
Is not really there.

What is the root of pain?
Ignorance of yourself.
What is the root of desire?
The urge to find yourself.
All creation toils for its self
and will not rest
until it returns to it.

If you let go of all objects, then what job does the mind have to perform?
