Each moment is a complete new experience when viewed from the eyes of the awakened observer.
Only the hand that erases can write the true thing.
Who is journeying for freedom? The one who is already free. Just get rid of the concept, ‘I am the body, separate from the source.’ You return to what you always were.
If the doors of perception were cleansed everything would appear to man as it is, infinite.
Go find yourself first
So you can also find me.
So you can also find me.
I negate all the Upanishads, and I don’t accept the scriptures because all these things were written with the attribute of ‘I am’. They don’t describe my True State, which is attribute-less and beyond words and concepts. They may point to my True State but they don’t reach it, as I am beyond all relative events.
A plant is not thinking: “Tomorrow I will put a new leaf to the north and then next week when it rains I will grow a metre taller”. Its existence is just unfolding out of itself spontaneously, naturally, unplanned. Similarly, your true life unfolds in the same way but you are unaware of it because you allow your mind to imagine fanciful ways of being and then pursue your projections. Like this, you began thinking and strategising your existence rather than simply experiencing your natural being.
We cannot breathe tomorrows breath today. Therefore, knowing this, leave your existence to existence and start enjoying your cosmic play. Best of all, don't try to be anything at all. This is a secret few recognise.

Knowing the Self is being the Self, and being means existence, one’s own existence. No one denies one’s existence any more than one denies one’s eyes, although one cannot see them. The trouble lies with your desire to objectify the Self, in the same way as you objectify your eyes when you place a mirror before them. You have been so accustomed to objectivity that you have lost the knowledge of yourself, simply because the Self cannot be objectified. Who is to know the Self? Can the insentient body know it? All the time you speak and think of your ‘I’, yet when questioned you deny knowledge of it. You are the Self, yet you ask how to know the Self.
The Self is ever-present. Each one wants to know the Self. What kind of help does one require to know oneself? People want to see the Self as something new. But it is eternal and remains the same all along. They desire to see it as a blazing light etc. How can it be so? It is not light, not darkness. It is only as it is. It cannot be defined. The best definition is ‘I am that I am’. The srutis [scriptures] speak of the Self as being the size of one’s thumb, the tip of the hair, an electric spark, vast, subtler than the subtlest, etc. They have no foundation in fact. It is only being, but different from the real and the unreal; it is knowledge, but different from knowledge and ignorance. How can it be defined at all? It is simply being.
We normally talk about various paths and paths are indicative of movement. I do not accept paths. You are in the destination itself. That is my teaching.
Let your will burn in this fire so that it takes you nowhere else. Let your self be burned in this fire of eternity, love and peace.
Don't be afraid of this fire, it is love itself.
This desire for freedom is the fire of love!
Don't be afraid of this fire, it is love itself.
This desire for freedom is the fire of love!
All the while a silent laughter sings,
like wind through an open window saying:
be deeper still, stand at Zero.

Atman is realized with murta manas [dead mind], that is, mind devoid of thoughts and turned inward. Then the mind sees its own source and becomes that [the Self].
Desirelessness comes on its own when desire is recognized as false. You need not struggle with desire. Ultimately, it is an urge to happiness, which is natural as long as there is sorrow. Only see that there is no happiness in what you desire. Each pleasure is wrapped in pain. You soon discover that you cannot have one without the other.
Give yourself no name, no shape. In the darkness and the silence reality is found.
We are so engrossed with the objects or appearances revealed by the light that we pay no attention to the light. The thing to do is to concentrate on the seer and not on the seen, not on the objects, but on the Light which reveals them.
When one is so absolutely relaxed that there is not tension in the body or in the mind, then suddenly there is an opening of the heart. Only in total relaxation does the heart open, it becomes a flower.
When you are willing to stop looking for something in thought, you find everything in silence.
One may enjoy the
abundant pleasures of the world,
but will never be happy
until giving them up.

Let thoughts and feelings come, let shock flow through you, let physical pain come. Observer does not have the capacity to like or dislike whatever manifests, only mind has these concerns.
All spiritual teachings are only meant to make us retrace our steps to our Original Source. We need not acquire anything new, only give up false ideas and useless accretions. Instead of doing this, we try to grasp something strange and mysterious because we believe happiness lies elsewhere.
This is a mistake.
This is a mistake.
There is Being alone.
There is no you, nor I, nor he; no present, nor past, nor future.
It is beyond time and space, beyond expression. It is ever there.

When this body is your incense, your mind becomes your fragrance.
Do not fight against pain; do not fight against irritation or jealousy. Embrace them with great tenderness, as though you were embracing a little baby. Your anger is yourself, and you should not be violent toward it. The same thing goes for all of your emotions.
The jnani sees no one as an ajnani. All are only jnanis in his sight. In the ignorant state one superimposes one’s ignorance on a jnani and mistakes him for a doer. In the state of jnana, the jnani sees nothing separate from the Self. The Self is all shining and only pure jnana.
So there is no ajnana in his sight.
There is an illustration for this kind of illusion or superimposition. Two friends went to sleep side by side. One of them dreamt that both of them had gone on a long journey and that they had
had strange experiences. On waking up he recapitulated them and asked his friend if it was not so. The other one simply ridiculed him saying that it was only his dream and could not affect the other.
So it is with the ajnani who superimposes his illusory ideas on others.
