Love of the body is nothing more than love of jail. Long accustomed to living in the body, we have forgotten what real freedom means.
When you come out of prison you will see your mind is there intact. All your knowledge is intact, but you're out of it. It'll be working automatically and it will beautifully run your life. The problem is when you get involved. When you merely become a witness consciousness the mind is automatically functioning.
Do not speak ill to anybody as I dwell in the hearts of all beings.
You are spirit in truth. However that spirit is wrongly identifying itself with the gross body. The body has been projected by the mind; the mind itself has originated from the spirit. If the wrong identification ceases, there will be peace and permanent untellable bliss.
Your search to attain me is like searching all over the world, ceaselessly straining to find the necklace around your own neck.
If I've never been bound,
I can never be liberated.
How could you think that the Self is restricted to formlessness or imprisoned by form.
I can never be liberated.

Recognize the natural silence of your own Self.
Silence is not a behavior.
Silence is not a practice.
It is the natural perfume of being.
Trying to be still is not stillness.
Find that stillness inside, which simply Is.
There is no one to practice it.
It can only be recognized.
It is here.
It is not hiding.
It is not hurried.
Simply stop identifying with the past, future, present or with any self image.
Be open to being nothing.
No thing. So that internally you are simply like a space.
But this is not an inert space, but a space full of aliveness.
Still don't define yourself as aliveness.
Don't define yourself at all.
Simply remain in natural self - attention.
Silence is not a behavior.

When you travel in a car, are you the car?
Prior to taking this form, you were formless; spontaneously the form came, and when the form came there was a natural longing to return to the formless state. When you want to return to the formless, desireless state, then only you come here, to seek what you are. The consciousness has to know the consciousness. When it realizes itself, then only do you return to normal.
Whatever spiritual things you aspire to know are all happening in this objective world, in the illusion. All this is happening in the objective world. All is dishonesty. There is no truth in this fraud.
You are asking, "Who am I?" and you are not going to get an answer, because the one who will get the answer is false. You may have an idea, a concept, and you will think you have found yourself, but it is only a concept; you can never see your Self.
I burst into laughter whenever I hear that the fish is thirsty in water.
Just as a man would dive in order to get something that had fallen into the water, so one should dive into oneself with a keen, one-pointed mind, controlling speech and breath, and find the place whence the 'I' originates.
The only enquiry leading to Self-realization is seeking the source of the word 'I'.
The only enquiry leading to Self-realization is seeking the source of the word 'I'.
Leave your existence to existence, stop caring for yourself so much and let the universe care for you; it is the best mother.
Realize your essential identity as formless, as an all-pervasive Presence, of Being prior to all forms, all identifications.
Memory creates the illusion of continuity. Just as each flower has its own colour, but all colours are caused by the same light, so do many experiences appear in the undivided and indivisible awareness, each separate in memory, identical in essence.
Be fully aware of your own being, and you will be in bliss consciously. Because you take your mind off yourself and make it dwell on what you are not, you lose your sense of well-being, of being well.
The inspiration you seek is already within you. Be silent and listen.
If you need time to achieve something, it must be false. The real is always with you, you need not wait to be what you are. Only, you must not allow your mind to go out of yourself in search.
O heart, if you recognise any difference between joy and sorrow, these lies will tear you apart. Although your desire tastes sweet - doesn't the Beloved desire you to be desireless? The life of lovers is in death. You will not win the Beloved's heart - unless you lose your own.
Be conscious of yourself, watch your mind, give it your full attention. Don't look for quick results, there may be none within your noticing. Unknown to you, your psyche will undergo a change, there will be more clarity in your thinking and feeling, purity in your behaviour. You need not aim at these - you will witness the change all the same.
Thoughts are a trip into what's not happening.
Remain all the time steadfast in the heart. God will determine the future for you to accomplish the work. What is to be done will be done at the proper time. Don't worry. Abide in the heart.
Go deeply into this feeling of 'I'. Be aware of it so strongly and so intensely that no other thoughts have the energy to arise and distract you. If you hold this feeling of 'I' long enough and strongly enough, the false 'I' will vanish leaving only the unbroken awareness of the real, immanent 'I', consciousness itself.
Above all, we want to remain conscious. We shall bear every suffering and humiliation, but we shall rather remain conscious. Unless we revolt against this craving for experience and let go the manifested altogether, there can be no relief. We shall remain trapped.
Many do not realize that we here must die. For those who realize this, quarrels end.
