There is a place in you where there is perfect peace. There is a place in you where nothing is impossible. There is a place in you where the strength of God abides.
At present we are conscious of ourselves as a set of adjuncts with object knowing consciousness in which our attention seemingly move away from the self towards the object with separation between knowing subject and known object. In self-enquiry we withdraw our attention from thoughts and objects so that attention rests in self without any oscillation. To posit our attention in this state is the aim of self-enquiry.
The realized person has no name, for they are sat-chit-ananda. They are Brahman, emptiness, all-pervading, never born, always has been, always will be. Those words will not come to you, but the feeling of being will come to you. Pure being. Not being this or being that, but absolute reality, pure awareness. That is the final result.
Love is of all passions the strongest, for it attacks simultaneously the head, the heart and the senses.
Be quiet, don't think, don't make effort.
To be bound takes effort, to be Free takes no effort.
Peace is beyond thought and effort.
Do not think and do not make effort because
This only obscures That, and will never reveal That.
This is why keeping Quiet is the key
To the storehouse of love and peace.
This Quietness is no-mind, this no-thought is Freedom.
Identify yourself as this Nothingness, as this Quietness,
And be careful not to make it an experience
Because this is mind tricking you out of it
With the trap of duality; the trap of witness and witnessed.
Being is Being, there is no witness and no witnessed.
Experiencing it is to say "I am Free,"
Which is exactly the same trap as saying "I am bound."
After letting go of object
Do not hold onto the subject either.
Let go, Be Quiet.

If you are having trouble with your enthusiasm for sadhana, just tell yourself:
"I may be dead in seven days".
Let go of all the things that you pretend are important in your daily life and instead focus on the Self for twenty-four hours a day. Do it and see what happens.

Self-enquiry is the one infallible means, the only direct one, to realize the unconditioned, Absolute Being that you really are.
When the 'I-person' wakes up, trouble starts.
When the 'I-person' is observed and recognised to be only
an idea falsely believed to be the Real, troubles disappear.

How do I integrate spirituality into my everyday life?
Throw out the concept of "spiritual life" and "everyday life."
There is only life, undivided and whole.

Beyond the mind there is no such thing as experience. Experience is a dual state. You cannot talk of reality as an experience. Once this is understood, you will no longer look for being and becoming as separate and opposite. In reality they are one and inseparable, like roots and branches of the same tree. Both can only exist in the light of consciousness, which again arises in the wake of the sense ' I am'. This is the primary fact. If you miss this, you miss all.
When you can bear your own emptiness - you are free.
The heart can bear it all. No matter what your history is, no matter what your circumstances are, no matter how many lies you have told or covered up, in this moment, you have the capacity to come back to yourself and discover the complete truth of your being.
A human being has so many skins inside, covering the depths of the heart. We know so many things, but we don't know ourselves! Why, thirty or forty skins or hides, as thick and hard as an ox's or bear's, cover the soul. Go into your own ground and learn to know yourself there.
Looking for causes and results is but the pastime of the mind.
What is, is lovable.
Love is not a result, it is the very ground of being.
Wherever you go, you will find being, consciousness and love.
Why and what for make preferences?

Gratitude is the appreciation of what is,
of life, of existence, of anybody and anything,
for just the way It Is.

In reality you were never born and never shall die.....
In fact, there is no body, nor a world to contain it..
there is only a mental condition, a dream-like state, easy to dispel by investigating awareness investigating its reality...

Stay quiet and the noisy surface dialogues will cease.
Then the substratum will rise up to the top.
It is simple.
Follow this.

By day I praised you, and never knew it. By night I stayed with you, and never knew it. I always thought that I was me--but no, I was you and never knew it
The Silence that I speak about is neither meditating nor sitting quiet. The Silence that I speak about has nothing to do with meditation or talking or not talking because then the mind is still running about here and there and everywhere. What I mean by Silence is that should be no thought rising from the mind. No thought rising from your mind is Silence.
The Self does not need to be made happy. It is itself happiness.
Be still.
Stop struggling.
Enter the holy shrine of your heart, and there find peace and joy.
You have always been perfect and you will always be perfect.
There's absolutely nothing you have to delete or add.

Take no notice of the ego and its activities, but see only the light behind.
You must be ready to burn yourself in your own flame. How could you rise anew if you have not first become ashes?
Divine happiness, even the tiniest particle of a grain of it, never leaves one again; and when one attains to the essence of things and finds one’s Self–this is supreme happiness. When it is found, nothing else remains to be found; the sense of want will not awaken anymore, and the heart’s torment will be stilled forever. Do not be satisfied with fragmentary happiness, which is invariably interrupted by shocks and blows of fate; but become complete, and having attained to perfection, be YOURSELF.
A yogi has no particular path;
He simply renounces imagining things.
His mind then ceases of its own accord,
And the perfect state just naturally occurs.
