To the ignorant, the sense 'I am' means 'I am the body.'

Don't be a storehouse of memories.
Leave past, future and even present thoughts behind.
Be a witness to life unfolding by itself.
Be free of all attachments, fears and concerns by keeping your mind inside your own heart. Rest in Being.

Don't be misled by the personal mind flow which often draws one's attention away from reality and ties it up with mundane, material concerns. It is in such ways that even seekers of truth get 'stuck' in the level of time, effort and identity. Wake up.
If you hold your ground in the silence… in the isness…
then all things float up in front of you.. more and more you will see the true workings off the universe from the place of the true.

Why spoil it with hasty and vain projections?
Let it be whatever it will be. Give up trying to manipulate.
This is Freedom.

You remain effortlessly marinating inside your being all the time. Outwardly, there may be activities, but internally, you remain the unchanging peace and serenity…. If you are easily set on fire and agitated because of the events around you, you are not sufficiently established in the Self so that others can take rest in your presence or recognize themselves in your reflection. The sage’s presence and being is the light of the world. Of course, all this is not your job, it is simply your joy.
Often one is more attached to the journey than to the discovery...

You say, 'I want to get out of this mind trap,’
but the 'I' itself is the trap!
But for whom? Consider, reflect, observe.
It is very elusive but if you can catch him, and you can, the whole superstructure of ill-conceived notions about the Self will begin crumbling. If your Heart and mind are dedicated to Truth, all this, the realisation of Truth, will come to you!

Beneath the ever-flowing stream of sensations, including mind and the ‘I’ sense, there is only this. The wise refer to it as the sole reality—as That which Is. It could also be referred to as Buddha-being but no Buddha.

Inquiry is necessary only when the sense ‘I’ arises and swells up, to the extent that detached and silent observation seems eclipsed or overpowered by intense personal identification with the unreal. Should this occur, find out immediately who is affected or involved in that play. Who suffers? Keep quiet, dive within and track down the sufferer. Is it real? Tangible? Can it be held in view?

If you keep indulging the mind's play, you will miss the untouched stillness inside the heart.
As you become more aware of your awareness, the stories of the mind will start to lose their power. You will not be saddened by that, because the joy in you is incomparable. Know this, confirm this, deep within your own being. You are not creating, you are simply recognizing, discovering, what is timelessly present as your own Self.
So as you move from this place it will not matter whether eyes are closed or open. May this that you have tasted within yourself continue to flower, to blossom inside, and to drink your mind up and to keep it in harmony. Then wherever you go, a garden will grow there.

How are you going to understand Truth?
To study and read holy scriptures is not enough.
Better than studying the holy scriptures, go and drown yourself in the Master's spit.
Your Heart has to be baptised in the spirit of God - in trust and openness. Then alone will intuitive and effortless knowledge awaken in you.

Grace sometimes touches life in such a way that one's whole being is set on fire in such a powerful way that one become filled with a confidence and urge to throw one's whole existence into the abyss of the Self.
You may find yourself saying, 'Remove everything.
Save nothing. Remove every falsehood from my being.'
Then everything is thrown aside, including one's self, the 'thrower'. Unexpectedly, one finds a sense of great unburdening, a completeness, peace and quiet joy within one's heart. Now there remains an effortless silence and stillness. And it’s not that there remains an 'I' that received this. There is nobody to receive.
Inside one's being, one quietly knows: ‘I am neither a “receiver” nor a “giver”. I am no one.' And yet, one finds oneself saying, 'Thank you, Beloved.'

The real quest is to discover this for yourself.
The seeker is quietly disappearing in the joy of the discovery.
Don't be in a hurry to share this.
Just keep dissolving.

As soon as the 'seeker' is seen to be a mere thought arising in Awareness, he merges into Awareness and the spell of separation is broken. The seeker doesn't become a Finder. The 'seeker' ceases becoming and merges in the absolute Awareness.
At the shrine of Truth offer yourself to be completely absorbed.

The thought, ‘Awareness comes and goes,’ is itself a thought arising in the single and unchanging Awareness you already are.
I don’t know if anybody can swallow the Truth.
