The realized man has lost the capacity to identify himself with anything. He is without location, placeless, beyond space and time, beyond the world, beyond words and thoughts is he.
To me nothing ever happens. There is something changeless, motionless, immovable, rock-like, unassailable; a solid mass of pure being-consciousness-bliss. I am never out of it. Nothing can take me out of it, no torture, no calamity.
Bondage is when the mind longs for something, grieves about
something, rejects something, holds on to something, is pleased
about something or displeased about something.

The Background, the Reality, of everyone is that same eternal, ever blessed, ever pure, and ever-perfect One. It is the Atman, the Soul, in the saint and the sinner, in the happy and the miserable, in the beautiful and the ugly, in men and in animals; it is the same throughout. It is the Shining One.
You don't have to go searching for God - God shines in everyone! There isn't more of God somewhere in India or in Heaven than in You.
While the sense of duality persists in us,
let us turn our faces inwards
and bow down into the lap of the One
dwelling inside the hearts of every being.
Om Sri Gurudev.

It is love alone that leads to right action. What brings order in the world is to love and let love do what it will.
Existence, non-existence, change - this is the nature of things. Realizing this, stillness, serenity and bliss naturally follow. One who knows for certain that “Self creates All and is alone” becomes still, desireless, unattached. One who knows for certain that adversity and success come and go in obedience to destiny becomes content. He neither desires nor grieves. One who knows for certain that birth and death, happiness and misery, come and go in obedience to destiny sees nothing to accomplish. He engages in non-action, and in action remains unattached.
Self-realization comes when you no longer think about it, when you no longer want it.
When you totally surrender to the Sage saying, not my will but thine be done.
Keeping the Sages form and face before you all the time.
The Sage realizes when you're ready, then grace comes, liberation comes, but do not think of these things.
Your job is to develop a tremendous humility.
When I speak of developing humility, I'm not speaking of you becoming a stepping stone for people.
Real humility is strength, power.
Real humility means nothing bothers you anymore.
Nothing has the power to disturb you, to upset your equilibrium.
You have a tremendous compassion.
You develop loving kindness for everything, for the mineral kingdom, for the vegetable kingdom, for the animal kingdom, for the human kingdom.
You're stepping out of your humanhood, taking a step forward in eternity.
Not comparing yourself with other people.
Not trying to do anything to anybody else.
You simply see the Sage in your heart all of the time and then you finally become the Sage yourself.

You have to kill the ego.
You kill the ego by stopping the thoughts.
You have to stop thinking, stop thinking forever.
If you investigate yourself, you will see that your true Self does not have to think.
Your real Self, which is consciousness, just is.
It is not this or that.
It is pure being.
There's no interpretation for this.
It has nothing to do with you, and your affairs and your life.
It is the substratum of all existence.
It is the background of all of your ideas, your feelings, your emotions, your beliefs.

Beingness means 'Consciousness', or 'Knowledge'. The mind attending to other things is called bondage. The mind when not attending to anything else, is Brahman. When there is no thinking about objects in the mind, the mind is clean, it is still. That is the state of Brahman.
What business have you with saving the world, when all the world needs is to be saved from you? Get out of the picture and see whether there is anything left to save.
One who constantly craves after sense objects is immersed in those objects, and one who meditates on the Self (Atman) becomes the Self. Do not say, 'I will meditate on God later. I will do it sometime later.' You should constantly meditate, contemplate, and let your mind dwell on the Self with great love for it.
The main point to grasp is that you have projected onto yourself a world of your own imagination, based on memories, on desires and fears, and that you have imprisoned yourself in it. Break the spell and be free.
Friend, even if you cannot picture your future, do not despair.
All dreams of the future are already in the past.
Your true future is already taking care of itself.
The present moment is your home, never coming, never going.
It can be trusted, so breathe it in.

It’s impossible to feel true unconditional love for any single person, until you can feel it for every single person. After all, what differentiates them, except conditions?
Why should you trouble yourself about the future? You do not even properly know about the present. Take care of the present, the future will take care of itself.
However many holy words you read,
However many you speak,
What good will they do you
If you do not act upon them?
However many you speak,
What good will they do you
If you do not act upon them?
Treat every moment as your last. It is not preparation for something else.
Now I think of no one anymore. I don’t even bother looking for words. It flows in me, more or less quickly. I fix nothing, I let it go. Through the lack of attaching myself to words, my thoughts remain nebulous most of the time. They sketch vague, pleasant shapes and then are swallowed up: I forget them almost immediately.
Gamble everything for love, if you are a true human being.
If not, leave this gathering.
Half-heartedness doesn’t reach into majesty.
You set out to find God,
but then you keep stopping for long periods
at mean-spirited roadhouses.
Don’t wait any longer…

It may be that when we no longer know what to do, we have come to our real work, and when we no longer know which way to go, we have begun our real journey.
There is a desire that arises in certain life times that is not your ordinary kind of desire...it's a desire for true freedom...a desire for real fulfillment, which appears in your lifetime...paradoxically can only be realized if you don't do anything for it's realization...now this cannot be believed, and so you are given lots of things to do...but what your given to do, is designed to wear down your desire for doing...
Imagine a drama company is putting on a play. The person who has to play the servant of the king falls sick at the last moment and cannot come. No other actors are available, so the proprietor of the company steps in to play the role. In the play the king, who is one of the employees of the proprietor, orders the servant around: “Fetch my shoes. I want to go for a walk.” The proprietor meekly obeys and carries out the orders, but does he ever forget that he is the owner of the company? He is happy to act the role of the servant because all the time that this role is being portrayed he knows that he is really the proprietor. If you live like this, knowing that you are the Self, you can act anywhere. If you know this, all your activities will be very beautiful, and you will never suffer. Once you have had a glimpse, a knowledge of this emptiness, you will be happy all the time because you will know that all manifestation, all samsara, is your own projection.
This thinking process, this burden, is a desire that we always carry with us. I am showing you how to drop this unwanted burden. When you ask the question, “Who is thinking?” you arrest the process of thinking and return back to your true nature, your inherent nature, your spontaneous nature, the pure source that is empty. This is your own nature, and this is what you are always. The mind does not enter there. Time does not enter. Death does not enter. Fear does not enter. This is your inherent, Eternal nature. If you stay there, there will be no fear. If you step out of it, you step into samsara, manifestation, and there you are in trouble all the time.
