To find permanent joy, you must look in the right direction. You will not find it in any outside object. Every object will rise, stay, and then cease. You have to look somewhere else for permanent, eternal joy. Don't attribute joy to something else, be it a person, the sun, moon, or stars.
Stop this tendency of going to outside objects, whatever they may be. Stop your mind from going in any direction outside. Then you must return to your inner beauty. That is your own nature: bliss eternal, which you have never felt.

The scriptures speak of three Holy rivers Within.
These are Existence, Consciousness, and Bliss.

Veiled by ignorance, the minds of man and Buddha appear to be different; yet in the realm of mind essence they are both of one taste. Sometimes they will meet each other in the great Dharmadhatu.
Comprehending beyond good and evil opens the way to perfect skill. Experiencing the dissolution of duality, you embrace the highest view.
There’s no point of view or theory in reality itself.
In the monastery of your heart and body, you have a temple where all buddhas unite.
The sum total is, whatever experiences you have, whether for a day or for years, it is all an illusion.
I appear in many forms but it is best that I appear in your Heart. This is where I am always. This is where I speak to you. This is where you speak to me.
Though I am unborn, of imperishable nature, and though I am the Lord of all beings, yet, ruling over My own Nature, I am born by My own Maya.

You are what you want to become. Why search anymore? You are a wonderful manifestation. The whole universe has come together to make your existence possible. There is nothing that is not you. The kingdom of God, the Pure Land, nirvana, happiness, and liberation are all you.
There is a peace that does not go.
It does not want to go and it does not want to stay.
It has no place to go. It Is.
It has no appointments to be somewhere else.
Allow yourself to fall away from the shape of your mind.
Fall inside the shapeless.

Man suffers only because he takes seriously what the gods made for fun.
There is a rhythm to everything in the cosmos. The wind, the rain, the waves, the flow of our breath and our heartbeat—everything has a rhythm. Similarly, there is a rhythm in life. Our thoughts and actions create the rhythm and melody of our lives. When the rhythm of our thoughts is lost, it reflects in our actions. This will, in turn, throw off the very rhythm of life. Today, this is what we are seeing all around us.
We have seen how happiness is either in the body or in the mind, or in the Atman. With animals, and in the lowest of human beings, who are very much like animals, happiness is all in the body. No man can eat with the same pleasure as a famished dog, or a wolf; so, in the dog and the wolf the happiness is entirely in the body. In men we find a higher plane of happiness, that of thought, and in the Jnani there is the highest plane of happiness in the Self, the Atman. So to the philosopher this knowledge of the Self is of the highest utility, because it gives him the highest happiness possible. Sense gratification or physical things cannot be of the highest utility to him, because he does not find in them the same pleasure that he finds in knowledge itself; and after all, knowledge is the one goal, and is really the highest happiness we know.
Your own being created me in your life to remind you of who you truly are. Don’t depend on me, use me.
When you say, 'I enjoy doing this or that', it is really a misperception. It makes it appear that the joy comes from what you do, but that is not the case. Joy does not come from what you do, it flows into what you do and thus into this world from deep within you.
The man who is himself, unburdened of the past, discontinuous with the past, original, strong as a lion and innocent as a child, he can reach to the stars, or even beyond the stars; his future is golden.
Peace is not a product of an intellectual exercise. It is an inner blossoming that occurs with meditation.

Don't keep the past in your mind. You have to love the Self, if you don't you are rejected by the Self. Self stands with extended arms waiting for you, but you look somewhere else! "Come my child, it is enough! Now come to me and I will give you rest". But you don't listen, you just look to something else. Whose fault is this? The Beloved is waiting for you, but you are looking toward the red lights.
There are people in the world who do more good than all the statesmen and philanthropists put together. They radiate light and peace with no intention or knowledge. When others tell them about the miracles they worked, they also are wonder struck.
Yet, taking nothing as their own, they are neither proud, nor do they crave for reputation. They are just unable to desire anything for themselves, not even the joy of helping others knowing that God is good they are at peace.

Many people are afraid to empty their minds lest they may plunge into the void.
They do not know that their own mind IS the void.

What we speak about anybody can reasonably understand. And if it is understood it becomes a trap. Understanding and not understanding are all in the scheme of ignorance, just a realm of mind. This is not learning. This is your birthright. You cannot study to be what you are. You do not need to understand in order to breathe.
