To find the Beloved, you must become the Beloved.
Back in 1929, Upton Sinclair wrote a book about his wife's experiments with telepathy called Mental Radio, and Albert Einstein penned the foreward. "The results of the telepathic experiments carefully and plainly set forth in this book stand surely far beyond those which a nature investigator holds to be thinkable," he wrote. Einstein was saying that telepathy operates on forces that science has not yet discovered, in contrast to gravity and electromagnetism which seem to fall off with distance, Stein explained. According to most paranormal researchers, PSI forces seem to be independent of time and distance, "and that's very unlike anything Einstein had encountered in his dealings with physics," he commented.
You have to be totally honest with yourself. Totally honest. Completely honest with yourself to see the way you've been carrying on.
To see how your thoughts have been ruling you.
Your mind has been telling you: 'This is like this and this is like that. This is good, this is bad. This is right, this is wrong'.
Being judgmental all the time, this is what has to be given up, totally and completely.

How do you make progress? By practicing the methods I share with you. By practicing Self-Inquiry. By watching as you go through life's experiences and not reacting. Watching yourself become depressed. Watching yourself become angry. Do not deny it, but observe it. And if you observe yourself correctly in that calm way, you can ask yourself, 'Who becomes angry? Who is feeling depressed?' And follow it through. Do this over and over and over again, as many times as you have to. One day, the anger will leave you, the depressions will leave you, your thoughts will leave you. And you'll just be.
Do not search for the Self for this would be like your eye trying to see your retina. You are Self.
Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.
All the things that truly matter — beauty, love, creativity, joy, inner peace — arise from beyond the mind.
Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at this moment.
Never was there a time when i did not exist, or you, or these kings;
nor will there come a time when we cease to be.
Just as, in this body, the Self passes
through childhood, youth, and old age,
so after death it passes to another body.
Physical sensations - cold and heat, pleasure and pain - are transient:
they come and go; so bear them patiently, Arjuna.
Only the man who is unmoved by any sensations,
the wise man indifferent to pleasure, to pain, is fit for becoming deathless.
Nonbeing can never be; being can never not be.
Both these statements are obvious to those who have seen the truth.
nor will there come a time when we cease to be.

When one abides as the Self, some divine power takes charge of one’s life. All actions then take place spontaneously, and are performed very efficiently, without any mental effort or activity.
Simplicity, patience, compassion.
These three are your greatest treasures.
Simple in actions and thoughts, you return to the source of being.
Patient with both friends and enemies,
you accord with the way things are.
Compassionate toward yourself,
you reconcile all beings in the world.

Lose yourself.
Lose yourself.
Escape from this earthly form.
For this body is a chain and you are its prisoner.

Silence where no thoughts exist, is the real state of Realisation.
The ‘I’ is a distortion of this state of quietude,
being a movement, a wave in the ocean of stillness.
The ‘I’ is a distortion of this state of quietude,
being a movement, a wave in the ocean of stillness.
The stillness in stillness is not the real stillness, only when there is stillness in movement does the universal rhythm manifest.
Divine happiness, even the tiniest particle of a grain of it, never leaves one again; and when one attains to the essence of things and finds one's Self--this is supreme happiness. When it is found, nothing else remains to be found; the sense of want will not awaken anymore, and the heart's torment will be stilled forever. Do not be satisfied with fragmentary happiness, which is invariably interrupted by shocks and blows of fate; but become complete, and having attained to perfection, be YOURSELF.
Just as the fire is the direct cause for cooking, so without Knowledge no emancipation can be had. Compared with all other forms of discipline Knowledge of the Self is the one direct means for liberation.
So long as one has any association with this awful sense of being the doer there cannot be the least achievement of liberation which is something very different.
Who is journeying for freedom? The one who is already free. Just get rid of the concept, "I am the body, separate from the source." You return to what you always were.
You are the unchangeable Awareness in which all activity takes place.
There is no process to become silent. To disturb your mind you need process, but to stay silent there is no process. Stay in satsang, stay quiet, always have love with your own Self. You are not to win it by any attempt or effort. Simply stay quiet. If any thought rises, simply find out where it came from.
The Silence that I speak about is neither meditating nor sitting quiet. The Silence that I speak about has nothing to do with meditation or talking or not talking because then the mind is still running about here and there and everywhere. What I mean by Silence is that should be no thought rising from the mind. No thought rising from your mind is Silence.
Have wisdom in your actions and faith in your merits.
You must unlearn what you have learned.
Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.
Here’s to the crazy ones.
The misfits. The rebels.
The troublemakers. The round
pegs in the square holes – the
ones who see things differently.
They’re not fond of rules and
they have no respect for
the status quo. You can praise
them, disagree with them,
quote them, disbelieve them,
glorify or vilify them.
About the only thing that you
can’t do is ignore them.
Because they change things.
